Wigton Windfarm Limited (WIG) – Annual Report for the year ended March 31, 2024

Wigton Windfarm Limited (WIG) hereby presents its Audited Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2024 along with the list of shareholdings of the Top Ten Shareholders, Directors and Senior Managers of WIG as at March 31, 2024.

Wigton Windfarm Limited (“WIG” or the “Company”) has advised that as per the Company’s Articles of Incorporation (“Articles”) the Entrenched Articles (Limitations on Shareholdings) which provides for the special rights redeemable preference share of J$1.00 (“Special Share”) held by the Accountant General of Jamaica and the ten percent (10%) shareholding limit will cease to have any effect on the expiration of the Entrenchment Period.

Wigton Windfarm Limited (“WIG”) has advised that the following revisions have been made to the Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2023 which was set out in the 2023 Annual Report.

Wigton Windfarm Limited (WIG) has advised that a Director sold a total of 4,000,000 WIG shares on February 21, 2024.

Wigton Windfarm Limited has advised that it has entered into an Addendum to the Power Interchange Agreement in respect of Wigton Phase I with the Jamaica Public Service Company Limited dated February 16, 2024 to extend the period of operation of the said plant for another three (3) years as of April 1, 2024.
